Please see our getting started blog here We require a medical review from a physician to help us know that outpatient care will meet your needs. If you are unsure where to find a physician who is familiar with eating disorders please review our list here, and if you have any questions about getting started please contact us to schedule a consultation. How do I know which therapist to work with? Through the consultation process, we take the time to get to know you, and your goals. We do our best to pair you with a therapist that will align with what you need. If we don’t get it right the first time we will review with you and pair you with a therapist that fits a bit better. We each have a unique approach with the same focus and dedication to you and your healing journey. What is the Mind & Strength Resilience Approach? We are here to meet you where you are, to bring you tools, and to build resilience. Our goal is that through our time together you can build confidence. Together we discover and explore how to face the ups and downs that life brings so that you can be supported, and empowered no matter what. How soon can you get me in? We can get you in for a free consultation immediately. We typically need 48 hours before your first therapy appointment. We do make exceptions for emergencies so please let us know what you need and we will do our best to get you the support you need. Do you have availability on the evenings and weekends? Yes, we have therapy appointments available in the evenings and on Saturdays. Our hours are Monday – Thursday 8 am to 9 pm, Friday from 8 am to 5 pm, and Saturday from 9 am to 3 pm. Do you have virtual or telehealth options? After we have established care, we do provide telehealth appointments for clients in the state of Utah. At this time, we do not provide therapy for clients outside the state of Utah. I don't think I have an eating disorder, can you still help me with my mental health? Yes, as licensed professionals we are trained to treat a variety of mental health conditions including anxiety, OCD, family systems, Trauma, depression, and other mental health conditions. Overall it’s our goal to work with you through your journey to build resilience, develop skills, and treat you as a whole person.
