Covid 19 Protocols
You can rest assured that we are going above and beyond every provincially mandated safety protocol to ensure the safety and security of our team and our patients. As a designated essential service clinic, Santé Group HealthCare has taken the lead in our community and instituted the strictest health and safety measures in the industry.
We mandated that our operation maintain the highest COVID-19 safety standards including (but not limited to) enhanced daily cleaning and sanitizing of all surfaces and touch points, gowning, gloving, masking, shielding, social distancing, staggered appointments with longer intervals between appointments to account for additional cleaning after every use. To ensure that multiple patient interactions in the waiting room were eliminated, we insisted that comprehensive online and in person patient screening questionnaires be filled out prior to every single visit. As government guidelines evolve, we are following their lead to return to full capacity operations in a safe and timely manner.
